Alan Wizemann 1dbdf9d079 chore: ignore local crashes/ triage directory
TestFlight feedback / crash JSONs land here while we're working
through an iOS fix round. They carry tester PII (emails, carriers,
locales) and aren't meant for the public repo. Kept local-only;
deleted after the round closes.

Claude f6f31cabe4 M0a fixup: unignore local Packages/, add missing files, make Linux CI pass
The initial M0a commit was incomplete: .gitignore's `Packages/` rule
(meant for the legacy pre-Xcode-14 SwiftPM checkout dir) silently
swallowed three new files that SHOULD have been committed:

  - scarf/Packages/ScarfCore/Package.swift
  - scarf/Packages/ScarfCore/Sources/ScarfCore/Models/HermesConstants.swift
  - scarf/Packages/ScarfCore/Tests/ScarfCoreTests/ScarfCoreSmokeTests.swift

The 12 moved models slipped through because `git mv` preserves tracking
across gitignored destinations, but new files in that tree did not.

Fix: add `!scarf/Packages/` override so our local SPM package is always
tracked; keep the top-level `Packages/` ignore for the historical case.

Also verified M0a builds + tests green on Linux via
`docker run --rm -v $PWD/scarf/Packages/ScarfCore:/work -w /work swift:6.0 swift test`.
To make that work, two small, Apple-platform-preserving guards:

  - `sqliteTransient` in HermesConstants.swift wrapped in
    `#if canImport(SQLite3)` — SQLite3 is not a system module on Linux
    swift-corelibs-foundation. Apple builds compile unchanged.
  - `ToolKind.displayName` and `MCPTransport.displayName` wrapped in
    `#if canImport(Darwin)` — `LocalizedStringResource` is Apple-only.
    Apple builds compile unchanged.

Additionally:

  - Package.swift pinned to Swift 5 language mode, matching the Mac app's
    `SWIFT_VERSION = 5.0`. Two types (`ACPEvent.availableCommands` and
    `ACPToolCallEvent.rawInput`) claim `Sendable` while carrying
    `[String: Any]` — strict Swift 6 rejects that. Comment in Package.swift
flags this for a future typed-payloads cleanup + bump to `.v6`.
  - ScarfCoreSmokeTests now contains 16 tests exercising every M0a
`public init` so parameter drift fails CI instead of a reviewer.
  - IOS_PORT_PLAN.md updated with what actually shipped, the Linux-CI
guards + patterns future phases should reuse, and the Sendable
follow-up flagged under "Rules next phases can rely on".

Test results (Linux, Swift 6.0.3):
  Suite M0aPublicInitTests: 15 tests passed
  Suite ScarfCoreSmokeTests: 1 test passed
  Total: 16 / 16 passed

Alan Wizemann d2a447fcc4 docs: add GitHub wiki + scripts/wiki.sh helper with secret-scan
Public docs now live at https://github.com/awizemann/scarf/wiki (separate
git repo cloned to .wiki-worktree/, mirroring the .gh-pages-worktree/
pattern). Internal dev notes stay in scarf/docs/.

scripts/wiki.sh wraps pull/commit/push with a two-pass secret-scan: hard
patterns (token regexes + private-key headers + a user-maintained
scripts/wiki-blocklist.txt) abort with non-zero exit; soft assignment
patterns (api_key=…, password=…, token=…) warn and require --force-terms.

CLAUDE.md gains a Wiki section listing the update triggers (new feature,
new service, architecture change, Hermes version bump, full release,
keyboard/sidebar change) and the workflow. CONTRIBUTING.md points
external contributors at the wiki Edit button or a direct clone.

Alan Wizemann eed55cbb0f chore: Ignore release-artifact binaries
Stops the release script's git-clean preflight from tripping on the
zips + appcast-entry.xml that every release run produces under
releases/v<VERSION>/. GitHub Releases hosts the actual downloads; there's
no reason to commit ~30 MB of binaries per release into git history.

RELEASE_NOTES.md stays tracked — it's committed as part of the version
bump by the release script.

Alan Wizemann 41ea3aeb83 feat: Sparkle auto-updates + Developer ID notarization pipeline
Adds Sparkle 2 auto-updates and a local release script that produces
signed, notarized, stapled builds for GitHub distribution. App Store
submission was rejected because Scarf spawns the user-installed hermes
binary and reads ~/.hermes/ directly — both forbidden by App Sandbox —
so we commit to the GitHub-release path properly.

- Sparkle SPM dep wired into the app target (link-only; hardened-runtime
entitlement disable-library-validation lets Sparkle load at runtime).
- Tracked Info.plist with SUFeedURL, SUPublicEDKey, and daily check
interval; replaces the auto-generated plist so Sparkle keys live in
version control rather than pbxproj INFOPLIST_KEY_* noise.
- UpdaterService wraps SPUStandardUpdaterController and is injected via
.environment(). Menu bar, standard app menu (CommandGroup after
.appInfo), and a new Updates section in Settings → General each call
  updater.checkForUpdates().
- scripts/release.sh runs the full pipeline: version bump → universal
archive → Developer ID export → notarytool submit (keychain profile
  scarf-notary) → staple → appcast EdDSA sign → gh-pages push → gh
release → tag. scripts/ExportOptions.plist pins manual Developer ID
  signing for team 3Q6X2L86C4.
- README: removes the right-click-Open workaround (notarized builds
don't need it), notes Sparkle, adds a Releases section describing
  the pipeline and signing prerequisites.
